With MobiDic™, you will be assigned a custom Toll Free number and MobiDic Extension.

 

A 2-3 minute call report is converted to text, turned into a custom formatted document that is categorized, scored and all relevant information is synchronized into your Outlook.

 

Any items in your call report that require follow-up will be automatically added to your Outlook Calendar. If you leave contact information like names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses of the meeting attendees in your call report, that information will also be added automatically to your Outlook Contacts. You can even ask your MobiDic™ to send an email to anyone in the meeting that you just left thanking them for their time and reiterating your follow up items and times without typing a stroke. Your MobiDic™ will even track your expenses like mileage, meals, and parking.
